WHO IS ENGR. GODSWILL UCHECHI ENWERE?

ENGR. G. U. ENWERE hails from Amuhi Eluoma Uzuakoli in Bende LGA of Abia state.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State. 

He is an Engineer and a businessman, the CEO of GCII CO LTD, an Oil & Gas servicing company.

He is the National President of Youths Welfare & Civil Rights Initiative, an NGO that is in the forefront in the advocacy for Youths Development and Empowerment as the only solution to curb youths restiveness in the country. 

He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Single Ray Foundation, an organization that promotes the  development of South East targeting Igbo Diaspora funds and in collaboration with international donor agencies. The organization is comprised of young and middle aged Igbos in all works of life from all over the world.

He is presently the President General of Eluoma Uzuakoli in Bende LGA of Abia state.

He has been a member of PDP since 1998 and has worked for the interest of the party since then. He has participated and mobilized followers/votes for the party in all the elections with personal funds.

He was the South East Coordinator of ATIKULATED AGENDA2019 in the last election.

He is happily married with kids.

AMBITION: To Become The Next Executive Chairman Of Bende Local Government Area Come 8th Dec, 2020 at the LGA Elections in Abia State.

MISSION STATEMENT.

Looking around the LGA you will see poverty everywhere, youths unemployment, dilapidated roads and other infrastructures. LGA election is by the Conner and we must use this opportunity to rescue our people and create wealth for all.  Bende needs sophisticated strategy to achieve this.

We have come with four  sophisticated strategies to rescue our people within the two years period and we urge everyone to join the train irrespective of personal and party interests.

Our targets are the women and the youths who are the bulk of the voters. 

Strategies:

1. Youths Development and Empowerment. 

We shall allocate 5% of annual budget to youths empowerment to be managed by the youths. So, Bende youths get ready.

2. Women development and Empowerment. We shall allocate 5% of annual budget to women empowerment to be managed by the women. So, Bende women get ready. 

3. Grading and opening up of all rural and farm roads in the whole LGA to boost Agriculture and the transportation of Agricultural produce.

4. Promotion of Agribusinesses to utilize the abundant Agricultural raw materials in the LGA.

Every time you line up in the sun to vote in government after government, yet you have nothing to show for it and you do not participate in how you are governed.

Here is the opportunity to participate in the local government administration for the benefit of all. 

Every month, the LGA receives allocation from the Federal/State government for the development of the area. As an educated youth with a smartphone in your hand, you can make your research on the amount accruing to your LGA monthly. Think about what you can do with 10% of it. This shall be allocated to Women and youths development and Empowerment.

We will create a Youth  Development Commission to  manage these funds by youths themselves. Research proves that Bende youths are very intelligent and energetic and all they need is the opportunity to utilize their God given talents. They will bring the ideas to utilize the funds. 

Bende youths, this is no time to run up and down after politicians begging for crumbs. Now is the time to create wealth for  yourself. "Never too young to run". All hands on deck to move the ship of Bende forward.

Same goes for the women. Bende women are the most hard working women in Igbo land and the reason why Bende is the food basket of Abia state. The women shall be responsible to manage their funds through women organization and cooperative societies formed across the LGA. 

Our team have come with a new type of inclusive governance as has never been seen before. It is a win win for all. Orule na omume!
